A new informative class for Teens looking to get started in Strength Training!
Empower your teens with our Teen Strength Training Class led by Eke Aiono, a seasoned professional Rugby player and coach. Beyond Q&A sessions and hands-on equipment demonstrations, participants will gain valuable insights into everyday health and wellness practices while learning the correct techniques to incorporate strength training into their fitness routines. Join us to foster a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.
