FLX Gives 2024

This is a subtitle for your new post

At the Yates Community Center (YCC), we’re committed to enhancing the physical and mental wellness of Yates County residents through cultural, recreational, athletic, and educational opportunities for all ages. Our Fitness Center, alongside our outdoor basketball/pickleball court, playground, picnic pavilion, and 3.1 miles of hiking trails, is just one way we serve the community. Each year, our programs serve thousands of community members, making the YCC a true hub for health and vitality in the Finger Lakes region.

This FLX Gives, we're raising funds to expand our Fitness Center equipment by purchasing a new Dual Adjustable Pulley with Stabilization – a versatile, state-of-the-art machine that will elevate our members' training experiences and improve accessibility for all fitness levels.

About the Dual Adjustable Pulley with Stabilization

The Dual Adjustable Pulley with Stabilization delivers the ultimate cable training experience by including a low starting resistance, cabling for dynamic movements, and our patented adjustable stability pad for support during key movements.

While standard functional trainers are highly versatile products, adding our Progressive Stabilization system multiples the range of exercises available.
