Women's Wellness Circle: Heart Health for Women

Join us for an enriching evening at our Women's Wellness Circle on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Lyons National Bank in Penn Yan. Delight your senses with a homemade charcuterie board as we delve into a vibrant discussion on hearth health for women. Featuring guest speaker Rebecca Martin, Family Nurse Practitioner from Finger Lakes Community Health, this event promises valuable insights into cultivating a nourishing and balanced lifestyle. Hurry, as space is limited to 18 women, and the cost is just $5 per person.


Along with the charcuterie board, drinks (water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate) will be provided.
