Get Ready for New Personal Training Rates & Packages Coming in January 2024

Starting January 2024, we are excited to introduce new personal training rates at the Yates Community Fitness Center, ensuring accessible and effective fitness guidance for all. Our certified personal trainers, Dawn Shipman and Eke Aiono, bring a wealth of expertise to tailor sessions to your unique fitness goals. Whether you're aiming for strength, endurance, or overall well-being, our trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results. Elevate your fitness journey with personalized training that fits your schedule and aspirations.


2024 Personal Training Rates:

  • 1-Hour Session: $50
  • 5-Session Package (1-Hour Sessions): $225
  • 10-Session Package (1-Hour Session): $400
  • 30-Minute Session: $30
  • 5 X 30-Minute Session Package: $125
  •  Semiprivate Training 3+ Students (30-minutie session)
  • 1 Session: $20
  • 3 Sessions: $54

 


Prior to our new rates starting, we're pleased to extend a special personal training promotion during the week of Christmas, from Sunday, December 24th to Sunday, December 31st. Act fast, as these sessions will be available at our current rates listed below and must be used by Monday, January 15th:


Personal Training Promotion:

  • 3 X 30-Minute Sessions for $75
