February Fitness Class Schedule Update
Yates Community Center February Fitness Classes Update
There will be NO Pilates Classes on February 16, 21, and 23, 2023.
There will be NO Strength & Balance Classes on February 17, 20, and 24, 2023.
Our instructor, Dawn, will be taking a variety of different classes to gain new ideas to bring back during this time off!
Strength and Balance Classes will start back up on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 10:00 am and Pilates Classes will start back up on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 9:00 am.
A quick message from Dawn:
"Be sure to move everyday, dance, walk, or bounce, and don't forget the arm circles!"
Don't forget, our CORE Adult Fitness Classes are FREE for Members who have a qualified insurance plan or a Senior Membership at the YCC. If you don't have a Senior Membership or a qualified insurance plan, each class is only $5 for our Fitness Center Members.
