2025 Health Insurance Fitness Center Memberships

Did you know that the free insurance memberships that we offer are not just for those who are 65 years old and above? Make sure you check with your health insurance company to see if they offer any of the following fitness memberships:

  • Renew Active
  • One Pass Medicare & Medicaid
  • Silver Sneakers
  • Prime Fitness
  • Silver & Fit
  • Active & Fit
  • FitOn Health

These are the programs we accept that provide free access to our fitness center during our normal open hours. (not 24x7) Your first FOB is free, and there is no joining fee.

Like every year, members who have an insurance membership will have their access to the center end midnight December 31, 2024. We will reactivate your membership the next time you come to the fitness center in 2025.

Why do we do this? Many members change insurance companies on the first of the new year. We have to reverify that you either stayed the same or enroll you in your new fitness plan.

We have learned that some insurance companies are changing who they will partner with (see the list above) in 2025. Keep that in mind when selecting your health benefit carrier. If that is your case, please make sure that you contact your health insurance company to get your new fitness membership “number”.

Don’t forget, if you are 65+ health insurance enrollment is open till December 7, 2024.

Have questions? Feel free to stop by or email us at contact@yatescc.org!

As always, we are happy that you work out and stay fit with us!
