About CORE Adult
The Yates Community Center is proud to offer unique and exciting programs, amenities, events, and classes for people of all ages. We have a blend of art, fitness, and recreation activities, which enable all residents and visitors to learn and connect with other members of our community.
Our CORE Adult programs, classes, and events have developed from the ideas and involvement of our community. Currently, CORE Adult consists of weekly fitness classes, fitness training, and events.
Here at the YCC, we are dedicated to expanding CORE Adult to suit your wants and needs. Our promise is to offer something for everyone to enjoy and participate.

Fitness Classes
Our CORE Adult Fitness Classes are open to all members at the Yates Community Fitness Center! Our morning Fitness Classes are perfect for fitness lovers of all levels. See below for our Fitness Class Rates and Packages.
Currently, we offer two different Fitness Classes two times a week - Strength and Balance, and Pilates. Each class is instructed by our very own Dawn Shipman, a NETA-certified group fitness instructor.

CORE Adult Fitness Class Rates & Packages
Please review our Fitness Class Rates and Packages below. If you are interested in attending one of our weekly Strength and Balance or Pilates Classes, we have drop-in rates just for you! Please contact us via phone or email, or drop into one of our morning classes and ask for Dawn.
Please note that if a check is returned or a credit card payment is denied to the YCRR (Yates Community Center), a $30 service charge will be administered plus the original payment.

Our 4 Class Package must be used within 30 days of purchase and our 8 Class Package must be used within 60 days of purchase.

All Yates Community Fitness Center Members must have their own FOB to enter the building, with the exception of daily and weekly members. FOBs are a one-time fee of only $10.
