The 3rd Annual Yates Community Center Gala was a tremendous success. Thanks to the generous support of the Yates community, we raised an impressive $34,000 for our Phase 2 Building Project. This significant contribution will be crucial in empowering our community to lead healthier and more active lives.

We express our deepest gratitude to the 150 guests who sponsored, supported, and attended our Gala at The Mansion at Keuka Lake. Your presence and contributions truly made the event memorable.

Our evening speakers included Steve Stork from Stork Insurance, Ryan Hallings from Lyons National Bank, and the YCC’s Board President, Leigh Berry and Executive Director Beth Clark. Each speaker demonstrated a strong belief in the Yates Community Center's mission. They understood the impact we aim to make in youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. It was clear that everyone present wanted to be part of the solution and was equally committed to our cause.

Jere Horning, our live auctioneer from Horning Auction Company LLC, exhibited exceptional auctioneering skills that fueled spirited bidding throughout the room. It was a fun and rewarding experience. Iggy Scott, a volunteer and member of the YCC, served as our event Emcee. Rosemary Cahill, Jenna Owen, Gretchen Scalpi, Brandon Smith, Jill Bird, and Kim McCormack were among the staff and volunteers who helped ensure the event ran smoothly.

We appreciate your pride in the YCC's efforts to improve all residents' and visitors' physical and mental well-being. Thank you to everyone for your care, support, and encouragement.

We want to express gratitude to the volunteers and local businesses for their generous donations and time. Your support has been invaluable, and we are truly fortunate to have both long-time and new supporters. Our Gala was successful because of every one of you. Thank you!

Finally, and most importantly, I want to recognize what makes the YCC possible and gives us hope to continue this for years. That critical component is you — the Members who support the YCC!
